Algebraic Number Theory¶
- Some crashes in
LMFDBLabelfor ideals of orders of number fields have been fixed. Reported by D. Roe. - Some crashes in
OptimizedRepresentationinvolving the dynamic extension of precision for roots of the defining polynomial have been fixed. Reported by A. Brumer and A. Pacetti.
Commutative Algebra¶
- An obscure crash in radical decomposition of multivariate ideals over the rational field (coming from
L2Quotients) has been fixed Reported by E. O'Brien. - An incorrrect result in Groebner basis computation over the integer ring (coming from
MinimalAssociatedPrimes) has been fixed. Reported by E. O'Brien. - The computation of Groebner bases of integer rings or non-fields has been improved when there is a large redundancy in the input. Example input given by R. Bommel.
Curves¶
- A crash in
ZetaFunctionhas been fixed. Reported by E. Costa. - A crash in maps involving point sets of curves has been fixed. Reported by N. Swanson.
Groups¶
- A bug in testing an automorphism of a pc-group for being an inner automorphism
IsInnerhas been fixed. Bug reported by D. Roe. - A bug in
GroupName(incorrectly naming a chief factor) has been fixed. Bug reported by D. Roe. - A bug in the construction of automorphisms of a pc-group has been fixed. Bug reported by D. Roe as problems with
Holomorph,OuterFpGroup, and the construction of invalid automorphisms. - A crash when calling
IsCharacteron a generalised character of norm 1 has been fixed. Reported by K. Andersen. - A crash when using the
!!operator with permutation groups defined on non-standard supports has been fixed. Reported by F. Manners. - A problem when using
IdentifyGrouphas been fixed. Bug report by D. Roe.
Local Fields¶
- A bug in
FrobeniusElementdue to p-adic precision has been fixed. Reported by J. Jones.
