Algebraic Number Fields¶
- A crash in
OptimizedRepresentationof an order of a number field has beeen fixed. SimpleExtensioncan now be applied to a number field and itself.
Coding Theory¶
- A problem computing equivalence of two binary codes reported by M. Kiermaier has been addressed by using a different algorithm. A vararg
Alhas been added to theIsIsomorphicalgorithm for codes which only applies to binary codes. Setting this to the string "Leon" retains the old algorithm, otherwise the default for binary codes is the "Unger" algorithm.
Hyperelliptic Curves¶
- A bug with
Heightof a 2-torsion point on a Jacobian was fixed. Reported by S. Marseglia.
Lattices¶
- A problem with the lengths/norms and number of
ShortVectorswas fixed. Reported by M. Stoll.
Local Fields¶
- A problem with
NormEquationof a low-precision element in a higher precision ring was fixed. Reported by S. Marseglia.
Local Polynomial Rings¶
- A crash in quotient algebras of local polynomial rings has been fixed. Reported by G. Blanco.
Polynomial Rings¶
- A wrong result in bivariate polynomial factorisation has been fixed. Reported by M. Zieve.
- A potential crash in
SmallRootshas been fixed. - Factorization of polynomials has been fixed for fields of fractions of affine algebras over rational function fields. Reported by E. Ruiz Duarte.
- A crash in polynomial multiplication of very high-degree multivariate polynomials has been fixed. Reported by X. Roulleau.
Schemes¶
- Coercing the zero point into a pointset of an affine scheme now works.
- A crash which occured when constructing a cluster from a point which had coordinates in a ring which did not allow Gröbner basis calculations has been fixed to give an error.
