Arithmetic Fields

  • Computing maximal orders of Kummer extensions at critical primes has been improved.

Coding Theory

  • The intrinsic EvenWeightSubcode has been added. Suggested by A. Gulliver, provided by M. Grassl.

Elliptic Curves

  • Fixed a crash when returning the generators of an elliptic curve defined over a finite field.

Finitely Presented Algebras

  • A check has been added for FreeAlgebra so the number of variables is limited to 256. Bug reported by E. Rains.

Lie Theory

  • A crash in LieAlgebra given a finitely presented Lie algebra has been fixed.
  • A bug in DirectSum for toral root data, that caused a bug in ReductiveType for abelian Lie algebras, has been fixed. Reported by R. Zeier.

Matrix Groups

  • A new optional parameter ExtDegree has been added for intrinsic CongruenceImage. If the matrix group G is defined over a (rational) function field of positive characteristic, the congruence image will be defined over extension of the coefficient field of (at least) this degree.
