Algebraic Function Fields

  • Maximal orders of Kummer extensions have been further sped up by avoiding creation of the intermediate p-maximal orders.

Algebraic Number Fields

  • Maximal orders of Kummer extensions have been further sped up by avoiding creation of the intermediate p-maximal orders.

Algebras

  • The QuotientModule and MaximumTime parameters have been switched over to use the MPFR reals.

Geometry

  • Another local solubility glitch for IsotropicSubspace has been fixed. A different bug (failed minimization) that largely affected higher even dimensional cases (particularly dimension 6) has also been fixed. These bugs were noted by T. A. Fisher.

Hilbert Modular Forms

  • Several serious bugs, which came to light during testing, have been fixed. (This affects a large range of cases.)

Lattices

  • Various functions involving pSignatures now return something modulo 8 (still as an integer), as this is what is rationally invariant.

Polynomial Rings

  • A problem with matrices over boolean polynomial rings has been fixed. Reported by M. Grassl.

Rational Function Fields

  • The function Valuation applied to a rational function at a place is now possible after a check on the input has been fixed.

Real and Complex Fields

  • Dilog and the Polylog functions are now available again for complex numbers.

System

  • The printing of Lists has been slightly improved.
  • Assigning to attributes of attributes works in more cases now.
